Louis Buschi

Since childhood, Lou has been illustrating subjects that he loves. These include his dad, his children and his friends.

"Subjects that I have a passion for like football and sports in general, and subjects that touch the heart like 911, the homeless, and nature are all examples of ideas that motivate my creativity."

Lou has been an illustrator since 1982. He has worked for publications such as the New York Times, Newsday and Boxing Illustrated. He has also worked for numerous advertising agencies. From 1987-90 he worked for the "Gazetta Della Sport" and "Sport USA", both renowned publications based in Italy.

Lou studied at the New York Student's Art League and the Universita' Di Brescia (Milan, Italy). He received both a BFA and Masters degree in Education from C.W. Post College. He currently teaches visual arts at Roslyn High School on Long Island.
