Jan Henning
Jan is a watercolor artist who sometimes works in pastels. She is a retired elementary school art teacher with over 32 years of service teaching children. Since 1997 she has been providing art instruction for adults. Jan received the EDUCATOR of the YEAR award from the Graduate Department of Marywood University. Her main studio is in the Endless Mountains of Pennsylvania. She also works, at times, out of a small studio in a second home on Broadkill Beach, Milton, Delaware. Both sites afford excellent opportunities for en plein air watercolor and pastel work.
